This technology will allow me to connect to your computer quickly without installing any permanent software on your computer. Once our remote session is complete, simply close the application. To begin click here:

First allow the software to open and/or run. You will then see something similar to this:

Read to me the 9-digit ID shown on your screen and your password. This will allow me to form a connection to your computer. From there, we will both be able to see your screen and use the mouse and keyboard together. We'll work on whatever problem you have until it is solved.
